Not only is the stream an intriguing novelty, it serves a functional purpose, keeping the ideal temperature for aging his wine collection, one that is estimated to be worth over 15 million dollars.

Mr. Hiles has accumulated quite an impressive wine collection over the years. He has collected a number of rare selections of various worth. In 2010 Mr. Hiles even sold a portion of his collection to an interested party in Hong Kong. Mr. Hiles sold 6,500 bottles of his wine for a total of almost 8 million dollars. Always community oriented, a vast majority of the money received for the sale went to helping to fund afterschool programs for public and private schools in the inner-city.

Mr. Hiles often acquires rare bottles of wine by buying it before it is available to the general public. Then Mr. Hiles preserves the wine in his specially calibrated wine cellar. His investment grows over time, and his rarest bottle of wine can be worth as much as a hundred thousand dollars.

Marcus Hiles is someone that believes in the importance of education. Mr. Hiles himself pursued and obtained an exceptional education in business. He graduated from Rice University with a degree in Business Management. Education had always been emphasized in Mr. Miles’ childhood household. As the son of an inner-city preacher, Mr. Miles had modest means, but did not let that stop him from obtaining a good education and making a great impact on the real estate world.

Hard work and passion have been two important components of Mr. Hiles success, academically and professionally. Mr. Hiles found that he had an interest in business and becoming an entrepreneur. The education that Mr. Hiles received is what provided the foundation for his success in the real estate industry.

Even while Mr. Miles was getting his education in real estate, he was actively working on creating a network of connections in the real estate industry, which would be vital to his success.
